Yes, Exclusive REI requires an appraisal to show the As-Is & ARV, and in some cases rental comps are required – A BPO may be used on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, Exclusive REI requires that you use one of our approved closing attorneys.
Exclusive REI charges an origination fee of 1 point for ground up new construction loans – with the option to be waived for Dutch-Interest loans.
Exclusive REI will charge 1 point of the total loan amount due at payoff for servicing and monitoring the loan. We charge a flat underwriting fee that is paid at closing per loan.
